Tina Sarkey, LLC, is a fully certified practitioner of both Polestar Pilates and Stott Pilates; and she trained in the classical Pilates method, as well. She has been an AFAA-certified personal trainer in private practice since 1993, with experience in corporate and community fitness. In addition, Tina has 15 years' experience in clinical massage and other bodywork modalities. She has been on the faculty at Lansing Community College 's Therapeutic Massage Program since 2001.
Tina is a mature trainer who offers a compassionate and supportive training approach in her relaxed, private studio. Using Pilates and other exercise, movement, bodywork and clinical massage techniques, she can help you:
