Happy Hour Yoga

Pilates for Healthy Backs
Mondays, 5:45 to 6:45 pm
begins Monday, January 14 for seven weeks

This is a limited enrollment class (10 participants maximum) that will focus on Pilates techniques specifically designed to build back strength, flexibility, endurance and stability. If your healthcare professional told you to start doing Pilates to strengthen your core and back, this is the class for you. This slow-paced class is designed to help you develop and/or maintain a healthy back. Sorry, no drop-in guests. Do you find that even a beginning Pilates class is too difficult for you? Or are you trying Pilates but you are not sure you are performing the moves correctly? This is a limited enrollment class (10 participants maximum) that will focus on the very fundamental movements of Pilates. It will prepare you for other Pilates fitness classes or home videos -- it can even enhance your yoga practice. Sorry, no drop-in guests.
