Her sessions combine mind/body approaches such as Pilates, yoga, therapeutic massage and other movement and bodywork modailities that help you achieve a zest for living and a feeling of comfort in your body.

Tina is a mature, compassionate trainer who provides an alternative to the traditional gym or fitness facility. Her fully equipped, private, relaxed Pilates and fitness studio on Lansing, Michigan's east side is a retreat from the hectic world.

Tina works with people of all ages and fitness levels, including those in the post-rehabilitation stage of recovery from injury or illness.
